Cancellations
When you book for a hypnotherapy consultation, make sure your time zone is displayed, New Zealand’s time might show up by default. The time zone is indicated above the calendar, near “Select Date and Time”.
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved that time exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a rebooking charge of 50$ for 1 hour consultation and a rebooking fee of 10$ for the free initial consultation.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

If you do not attend your appointment without warning, the entire amount will be charged. Nevertheless, if you can justify of an medical emergency or an accident, you will be reimbursed for the full amount.

How to reschedule
You can reschedule an appointment by emailing me at hi@violainehemery.com, or texting me +64 21 357 716. You’ll receive a confirmation. You can then book a new slot on the website.

Payment
After booking a consultation, you will receive an invoice by email within a few days from a platform called Hnry. Please check into your spam folder if you haven’t seen any invoice and the date of your appointment is approaching.
Please pay at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
The invoice can be paid by either credit card or direct bank transfer.
Confidentiality
For insurance purposes, all consultations are recorded. The records are kept securely and can only be obtained by either yourself or a Privacy Commissioner. You will be given a copy of the recordings that you are solely responsible for.
All personal information you will share in consultation will remain confidential.

If the need to discuss your case arises for training purposes or in the hope of helping someone else with the same issue, all identifying details related to your identity, will be either removed or changed in such a way that you can’t be recognised.
